唱个反反调: 湾区80年代的可是算新房了,不是人人都买得起的,或者能在想买的区
找到的。再说逃过了地震,逃不逃得过震后的抢劫,火灾还难说。上世纪的旧金山大地
震后大火,原因是很多逃出来的人放火烧自家房,因为保险保火灾,不保地震。灾害面
前,可不能高估美国人民的素质。
湾区房价在2001,2008 都几乎被腰斩过,风险远比亚特兰大地区大,当然运气好买对
了时候赚得多。 |

to damaged properties, in order to claim them on their insurance. Capt.
Leonard D. Wildman of the U.S. Army Signal Corps[23] reported that he "was
stopped by a fireman who told me that people in that neighborhood were
firing their houses…they were told that they would not get their insurance
on buildings damaged by the earthquake unless they were damaged by fire".[24]
