rich vs poor
rich school has enough fund, good library, pool, etc. Also, has good lunch
for students
poor school does not have enough fund, PE program cancelled, no art program
, and expired lunch food
API is just one factor.
highest API does not mean best school
For example, Mission San Jose is not the best school in South Bay

Jose 就少，Los Altos 明年K 上课时间和别的年级一样长了了，每个学校配一个STEM
teacher.这些钱都不是state 给的。

LGH 有钱，亚裔比例少， api 不高， 上4年制college的比例都不如cupertino high.
每个学校的经费是很多因素有关，基本大头是学生人数， 再其次是地税返还，所以富
区学校有钱，师生比例好一点。 但这都是学区性的。
区别到同一学区内不同学校，基本完全看捐款，这些钱一般不会用于提高api, 基本上
是PTA说了算，亚裔占多数的学校会搞 GATE，SCIENCE, 白人喜欢band, theather,
