Statement on behalf of
On behalf of all concerned people in the Chinese American communities and
people of chinese descent, We, the committee of make the
following announcement:
While ABC has made an apology on ABCMedianet.comin regards to the "Kill all
chinese" segment of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, we sincerely feel this is
insufficient. The apology has come too little, too late. We demand ABC and
Disney to take immediate action to fire Jimmy Kimmel, the perpetrating show
host, as this would address our concern.
Jimmy Kimmel, the show host on Jimmy Kimmel Live, has purposefully misled
underaged schoolchildren into the "kill all chinese" mentality, which is a
direct assault and racist act towards the chinese race. This open, explicit
act of racism is absolutely intolerable and shouldn't be allowed on public
media. We demand ABC and Disney to fire Jimmy Kimmel immediately. We
accept nothing less, Period.
In response to ABC and Disney's unacceptable, but surely likely delay in
addressing our concern of firing Jimmy Kimmel immediately, we have people,
plans, and all resources in place to boycott all ABC and Disney products,
Music, Television and Movie Show, Disneystore, the current and upcoming
Disneylands in Hong Kong and Shanghai, i.e. anything associated with ABC and
Disney. We are in the process of contacting all Disney and ABC show
sponsors to help us boycott Disney. We want to specifically emphasize the
fact to you, Disney, that we have a lot of leverage on you in China and
Hong Kong, where people of chinese descent form the absolute majority of the
population. You can no longer afford to ignore the Chinese population
there as you do here to the Chinese Americans. Anybody with the slightest
business brain would appreciate that fact.
Please remember, this is nothing personal. The Chinese and Asian Americans
have long suffered racism in this country. The media has surely been part
of the culprits. The sheer fact that a show host can openly ask "Should we
allow the chinese to live?" illustrates the extent of abuse towards the
Chinese and Asian people by the media. By firing Jimmy Kimmel, the
perpertrator, we are sending a strong and clear message to Hollywood and the
entire media industry: We are no longer silent.
Please be responsible and address our concerns immediately.

We have the right to speak out what we really think. We have the right to
stand on the US ground equally with other people. Does the right to vote
guarantee that no discrimination will happen in US? Apparently not! So wake
