件都不错的，然后只要出来一个大家都喜欢的就抢得特别厉害。 |

左右。milpitas比较杂，好坏都有，各种房都有，商业区和residence也混在一起。
95132都是residence,apartment很少，而且绝大部分都是house.

哪怕是 starter home, 湾区很多老人一听到 Milpitas的反应就是皱眉毛，臭，不能住。
听到 North San Jose 就感觉好一点，很多人听到会点点头说，哦，我当初第一栋房子
也在 North SJ.
很多小年轻买第一栋房子的时候，男的想买 Milpitas 都被女方闹得不了了之了。因为

发帖数: 235 | 14 alum rock也有million级别的house。在湾区，很多看上去不怎么样的地方都能找到豪
宅，但是只有牛棚，小黑屋都能卖到米这个级别的才算高尚住宅区。
不过Milpitas其实性价比还可以的。没买到Atherton,los Altos的都没资格鄙视别人。

可以买到比较合理价位的大房子，
TOWNHOUSE的话就要考虑考虑，新的盖太多估计价钱很难上去
不过OVERALL以后BART通长期还是不错

可以。curtner虽然分更高，垃圾场的影响还是有的，而且将来有BART穿过。
