when we sign the lease, i told the landlord we are going to buy a house in
a month or two and want to sublease the apartment after that, the landlord
verbally agree he is ok for sublease,but when I ask the landlord to add "
can sublease per landlord approval", the landlord refuse to add that into
the lease, but he verbally agree.
now we bought a house and want to sublease the apartment for 5 months, he
refused to let us sublease.what can we do?
we also have a comcast internet under his name, although comcast allow us
to use our own modam, he still ordered a brand new
modam and asked us to paid for it, and he took away the package box for the

房东口头同意sublease，但是房东又不写在里面因为房东并不想sublease。这个是啥意
思？
when we sign the lease, i told him we are going to buy a house in a month

approval, but the landlord said if he add that, that means we can sublease ,
no he did not add it.but he verbally agree.
