贷款做完了，现在final closing statement上"Your credit or charge (points) for
the specific interest rate chosen to XXX bank" 给得多了, 把各种cost除去后还
要剩余。Agent要我把这部分钱返还给他。
现在有两个问题：
（1）这个是不是应该我来付给agent？
（2）这个钱上有没有tax的问题？

发帖数: 4324 | 7 钱多下来归根结底是因为rate锁高了，或者说rate一直在跌，所以银行退钱了，
blueangel说的对，这钱和agent没有毛关系。
以前的法规漏洞让agent可以让这部分钱不出现在title company的纸上，后来漏洞堵了
，不过大部分agent还是不甘心瞅着这部分原本"属于"自己的钱回到了真正的主人手里
。。 |

borrower. Agent cannot take this money.

发帖数: 2890 | 10 那就开个 voluntary impound account 吧。 把这部分钱放在这个account里用来pay
今后的property tax， insurance吧， 等钱用完了， 就把这个account 关掉。

其实我没拿到refund, 因为refinance强制把4月份的property tax付了。

发帖数: 5191 | 12 有escrow account, lender会给多一些rebate cover closing cost
还有一个好处就如松鼠所说, 可以把多余的rebate放到escrow里, 但是如果是tax
reason, 就算不设立这个account, 也会如您所说, lender会要求escrow在close的时候
付property tax (还有就是付insurance).
