is sale, seller可以不修任何东西. |

发帖数: 8614 | 8 除非合约上有特殊说明，比如您老purchase as is，缺省状态，Section 1是seller修
，Section 2是buyer自己修。
只要不是purchase as is，action items都可以negotiate，但是也别期望太高，通常
seller的bottom line是3000-5000的样子。
