.也没太大差别.

点，花少住的还好。

难那。
那里是不是纯白？担心亚洲孩子不多啊，那样娃将来是否会感觉不好呢。

发帖数: 408 | 8 湾区所有城市里pleasanton不能算纯白但是很白了，70%白加11%亚裔加西裔，黑人很少
。不过这个数字在变化，最近搬进来的亚裔很多，白人在往danville迁移。
70万能买到很不错的房子，至少2000尺80后。

Dublin has better house but worse traffic; while Pleasanton has better
traffic but worse house. There is no right or wrong in your decision. It
depends what you like.

collar lives, or most of the houses have foundation issue. Personally, I
think the best place to buy a house in Pleasanton is birdland, where many
streets are named by birds, but some houses there also have foundation
problem. You must know that the whole town is on soil liquidation area.

are in soild type C or better. The worst soil type E exist at the the most
nearest area to the bay such as alameda, west of san lorenzo, west of
hayward,west of newwark, alviso, east palo alto, east of redwood city nd
foster city etc...
If you look for the seismic design map

click the link Java Ground Motion Parameter Calculator
you'll find pleasanton area is much lower in seismic/earthquake than other
good school district area like Saratoga, Cupertino and palo alto... |

morh那边学校亚裔比较多一些。
