一、中国•海峡项目成果交易会简介
Ⅰ.Brief introduction of China Cross-Straits Technology & Projects Fair
中国•海峡项目成果交易会（以下简称交易会）于每年6月18日至20日在中国东南
沿海城市福建省福州市举办。交易会的主题是：项目—技术—资本—人才交流合作。交
易会致力于为有能力投资的机构、企业和拥有项目研发成果的单位、个人提供项目与资
金、项目与技术、项目与人才成功对接的交易平台。通过这个平台，参会的单位和个人
可以推介展示项目成果和高新技术，投资者可以找到合适的投资项目、合作伙伴与技术
服务渠道，一大批先进适用的项目成果能迅速转化为可以付诸实施的投资项目，转化为
现实生产力。交易会是国内外高等院校、科研机构、企业、个人投资者、金融机构围绕
项目寻找合作伙伴、交流产业与技术开发信息、共谋商机、实现互利双赢的最佳场所。
China Cross-Straits Technology & Projects Fair （abbreviated as CSTPF）is
held on June.18th to the 20th every year in Fuzhou, the coastal city of
southeastern China. The theme of the fair is communication and cooperation
of Project- Technology- Capital- Talent. The fair is aimed at providing a
platform for direct communication of enterprises and investment institutions
with colleges, universities, scientific research institutions and
individual experts owning technological innovations so as to reach mutual
interaction and promote the matchmaking and commercialization of
technological innovations. At the fair, enterprises and investors will be
able to find appropriate and profitable investment projects, business
partners and channels of technological services. Meanwhile, colleges,
universities, scientific research institutions and individual experts will
be able to find their way to commercialize their technological innovations.
CSTPF is an ideal platform for exchanging information of industrial and
technological development, seeking business opportunities, realizing mutual
benefit and double win, and commercializing technological innovations
between colleges, universities, scientific research institutions,
enterprises, individual investors and financial institutions.
交易会从2003年开始举办，由福建省人民政府与国家外国专家局、科技部、教育部、工
业和信息化部、中国科学院、中国工程院等十多个中央部门联合主办，每年一届，目前
为止共举办了九届，在实现项目—技术—资本—人才的对接上成绩显著。如第九届交易
会共实现对接项目5188项，其中合同项目3405项；参会参展的总人数达到29.2万人次，
其中，参会的境内外专家学者4000多位，来自荷兰、美国、澳大利亚、日本、俄罗斯、
德国、意大利及港澳台等55个境外国家和地区的来宾1500多人，成为福建历史上海内外
科技专家汇集最多的一次盛会。
The year 2003 saw the first CSTPF which is held on yearly basis. Up to now,
altogether 8 CSTPF have been successfully held in 8 successive years. With
the People’s Government of Fujian Province as its executive sponsor, CSTPF
is highlighted by 19 state-level ministries and administrations such as
State Administration of Foreign Experts, Ministry of Sciences and Technology
，Ministry of Education, Ministry of Industry and Information, Chinese
Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering etc. joining the fair
as its new sponsors. The convocation of the 9th CSTPF of 2011 has made
remarkable achievements by successful matchmaking of 5188 technological
innovations with a total investment of over RMB99.3 billion yuan. Among them
, commercialization contracts were signed for 3405 technological innovations
with a total investment of over RMB67.5 billion yuan. The 9th CSTPF of 2011
brought together 292,000 exhibitors and visitors from around the world.
Among them, more than 1500 scientists, experts and entrepreneurs from 55
countries and regions were present at the fair.
第十届交易会将于2012年6月18日至20日在中国福州举行。目前，各项筹备工作正在紧
锣密鼓地进行。本届交易会将突出服务新一代信息技术、生物与新医药、新材料、新能
源、节能环保、高端装备制造、物联网和云计算等新兴产业规模化，突出闽台现代农业
、电子信息、石化、机械、生物医药、新能源等产业的深度对接，推进平潭智慧岛建设
。交易会组委会竭诚欢迎国（境）外机构或专家学者携带符合福建产业发展导向、科技
含量高、带动能力强、对福建省经济发展能起重大推动作用的项目成果或技术难题解决
方案前来参加第十届交易会活动。对前来参会参展的国（境）外嘉宾，交易会组委会将
努力为其提供良好的会务服务，让参会参展的国（境）外嘉宾通过这一平台，共谋合作
与发展，实现互利与双赢。
The 10th CSTPF is scheduled to be held on June 18th -20th 2012 in Fuzhou
China. At present, all the preparation work of the fair is going in full
swing. The 10th CSTPF is aimed at promoting development of new industries in
Fujian, such as new-generation information technology, bio-medicine, new
material, new energy, energy-reservation and environment protection, high-
level equipment manufacturing, internet of things, and cloud-computing. The
fair is also expected to further promote in-depth cooperation of industries
of modern agriculture, electronic and information, petro-chemical, machinery
, bio-medicine and new energy, as well as building of Pingtan intelligent
Island between Fujian and Taiwan. The 10th CSTPF warmly and sincerely
welcome the participation of those overseas institutions and experts who are
able to meet enterprises’ technological demands or own technological
innovations that are expected to fall within the guideline of industrial
development of Fujian, contain high content of technology, have strong
driving power, and promote distinct development of Fujian economy. The
organizing committee of the fair is committed to offer fine service to
participants and visitors and help them discuss business opportunities and
thereby achieve mutual benefits as well as win-win results through the
platform of the fair.

3、交易会组委会面向国（境）外重点征集的项目成果
（1）电子信息、装备制造、石油化工等主导产业，以及新一代信息技术、生物及新医
药、新材料、新能源、节能环保、海洋高新产业等战略性新兴产业领域的项目成果。
（2）闽台电子信息、新能源、精密仪表、生物医药、现代农业等产业深度对接的项目
成果。
（3）重大疾病防治、创新药物研发、生态环境保护及公共安全保障等民生科技领域的
项目成果。
3、Technological innovations to be collected from overseas by the Organizing
Committee of CSTPF
(1)Technological innovations in the fields of Electronics & information,
Equipments & Manufacturing, Petrochemical, New-generation information
technology, Biology and new medicine, New materials, New energy, Energy
conservation & Environmental protection, and High-new marine industry.
(2) Technological innovations from Taiwan in the fields of Electronics &
information, New energy, Precision meters, Biological medicine, and Modern
agriculture.
(3) Technological innovations for civil use in the fields of Serious disease
prevention & Curing, R&D of innovative medicine, Ecological environment
protecting and Public security.
4、交易会组委会推出的企业技术需求
交易会面向福建省内企业征集技术需求项目，寻求国（境）外高等院校、科研机构、社
会团体及专家学者为企业提供技术服务，解决企业提出的技术难题。福建省企业技术需
求项目公布在交易会网站http://www.618.gov.cn/HarvestRequirement/ListHarverRequest.aspx?Type=1 ,有意向解决这些技术难题的国（境）外机构或专家学者可通过上述网站了解有关福建省企业技术需求详细情况。
4、Technological demands of enterprises presented by the Organizing
Committee of CSTPF
CSTPF is collecting technological demands from enterprises in Fujian.
Meanwhile it is seeking to overseas colleges, universities, scientific
research institutions, social bodies and experts for offering technological
services and solving technological difficulties put up by enterprises. All
the collected technological demands from enterprises have been posted on the
website of the fair: http://www.618.gov.cn/HarvestRequirement/ListHarverRequest.aspx?Type=1. Those who are intended to solve technological difficulties can log onto the website for more details.
5、参会参展的程序
（1）境外机构或专家学者个人填写《中国•海峡项目成果交易会项目成果征集表
》（每个项目成果填写一张表格）或《中国•海峡项目成果交易会企业技术需求
对接征集表》（表格可登录网址：http://fujian.caiep.org/events_en/下载），于2012年4月20日前将表格及项目成果或技术需求解决方案（含实物照片，每张照片要求500万像素左右）发送至电子邮件：8******[email protected]，或传真至：+86-591-87833900。
（2）交易会组委会审核以上资料后，组织人员在福建省内向广大企业和投资机构推介
，促成项目—技术—资本—人才之间的对接，并将对接的结果及时通知境外境外机构或
专家学者以做进一步的洽谈。
（3）对于有意参会参展的境外机构或专家学者个人，在向我们提交《中国•海峡
项目成果交易会项目成果征集表》或中国•海峡项目成果交易会企业技术需求对
接征集表》的同时，将个人简历发送至电子邮件：8******[email protected]，我们将根据项目
成果和技术需求推介对接的情况，邀请部分专家学者于2012年6月17日-20日到中国福州
直接参加交易会活动，与需求企业做进一步的洽谈。
5、Participation application procedures
(1)Please fill in the annexed “The Form of Technological Innovation
Collected for China Cross-Straits Technology and Projects Fair”（each
technological innovation to be contained in one form）or “The Form of
Matchmaking with Enterprise’s Technological Demand for China Cross-Straits
Technology and Projects Fair”, and send it by E-mail to us: 87833950@163.
com，or by fax : +86-591-87833900 on/before April 10,2012. If there are
technological innovation samples or products available, please send to us
the photos(each photo around 5-million-pixel size)of these samples or
products together with the Form. To download the above two forms, please log
into our website http://fujian.caiep.org/events_en/.
(2)On receipt of the information of the technological innovations or
solutions of enterprises’ technological demands, we shall set to introduce
and demonstrate them to enterprises and investment institutions in Fujian
province well before the opening of the fair or during the session, so as to
promote and realize the matchmaking between investors and technological
innovations owners. We shall keep technological innovations owners informed
of any development in matchmaking programs.
(3)For those overseas institutions or individual experts who are interested
in coming to Fuzhou China to attend the 10th CSTPF of 2012, please send us
by E-mail his/her resume together with “The Technological innovationForm of
China Cross-Straits Technology and Projects Fair” or “The Form of
Matchmaking with Enterprise’s Technological Demand for China Cross-Straits
Technology and Projects Fair” to: 8******[email protected]. After checking
information received and according to the matchmaking situation of his/her
technological innovations, we shall choose and invite some overseas experts
to come to Fuzhou to attend the 10th CSTPF for on-the-spot business talking
with enterprises in Fujian on June 17 to 20,2012.
6、交易会提供的服务
（1）免费为境外机构或专家学者个人的项目成果的展出提供展位及制作展板；
（2）免费为受邀请的境外专家学者提供国际往返旅费以及6月17日-20日在福州参会期
间的食宿交通费用；
（3）免费通过交易会主办方的信息渠道为境外机构或专家学者个人发布项目成果信息；
（4）协助在福建省内向广大企业和投资机构推介境外机构或专家学者个人的项目成果
，组织中方企业参加项目合作洽谈；
（5）协助安排会后的项目考察及提供其它商务联络等服务。
6、Services provided by the Organizing Committee of CSTPF as follows:
(1)We provide exhibition booths and posters free of charge for those
technological innovations we select.
(2)We provide free international round-way traveling expenses and free meals
, accommodation and transportation during the session of the fair(i.e. 17-20
June) to those overseas experts selected and invited to attend the fair by
us.
(3)We provide free service of information publication through our channels
for technological innovations collected from overseas institutions and
individual experts.
(4)We assist in introducing and demonstrating to enterprises and investment
institutions in Fujian province the technological innovations collected from
oversea institutions and individual experts. We assist in inviting Chinese
enterprises and investment institutions to participate in business talks on
cooperation at the fair.
(5)We assist in arranging business investigations and provide related
business contacts services.
