哇,真是中国人来 抄底了……
可是这收益率很有限吧,要交税,
交给management打理的话,租金又打个折扣
比较好的房子价格还是挺高的

人家买来又不是收租的,国内有钱人谁会在乎这点租金?

From my experience, as long as the rental income covers the prop tax and
insurance and mgmt fee, they are fine.
The return rate is not their concern. If just for return rate, they won't
put money in US at the first place. Investing in China assets has much much
higher return. Ever you can achieve 10%/year here, it is nothing comparing
to invest in China.
The safety of their investment is the highest concern for those who try to
shift portion of their China assets into USA assets.
And instead of putting money into US stock market, those rich people in
China are more interested in putting into real estate. From their point of
view, it is already bottomed. A simple math of comparison of US real estate
vs. SP500 in ten years tells everything.
Basically, it is a game of asset allocation. If the China rich people want
to diversify their assets globally, US assets can't be bypassed. If they
want to invest in USA assets, so far US real estate is their first choice.
