可以自己file吗？绿卡申请都是公司律师做的。现在想马上申请reentry permit。可是
公司的律师太拖拉。所以想自己申请。请问这个东东申请麻烦吗？ |

submit, you will be fingerprinted in about a month. |

you don't need to submit photos with it. Am I wrong?

自己申请很简单，很快，仔细阅读instruction就可以了。 |

发帖数: 258 | 11 We mailed the application to USCIS on 6/29 and received finger print notice
today. You can leave the country after FP and ask USCIS mail the reentry
permit to US Consulate overseas (indicated on the application form). Cost: $
445 per person. Good for two years.

entering US even if you are abroad for more than a year? with a greencard of
course. I am thinking getting one of those for my parents.

发帖数: 258 | 13 That is exactly what the permit is for. If you will leave the country for
more than one year, better get one of this. It can be renewed once for
another two year term. After that, I think the renewal is only for one year.
