LD电面完，G的recruiter问他啥时候有时间onsite, 填一张表
这都3天了，没下文，正常吗？
有没有拿到final offer 的上来贴一下流程，每一步等多久算正常啊 |

发帖数: 641 | 7 typically 3 days waiting is nothing. it depends on the particular hiring
position and hiring manager. for a single position, we typically get 50+
qualified candidates to get phone interview. Obviously, we cannot finish
that withing 3 days. Just be patient!

with an official job offer for me...

那他家engineer有时间干活吗？

are you sure they are so slow. For the case I know, their recruiter contact
candidate on day 1, then arrange talk
with candidate with eng dir on day 3. They do the interview on day 7 and 12
and offer is extended on day 18.
