I made a few phone calls. They did have a lunch break that was quite long.
And most of the times, no one answered the phone. However when someone
answered, it was ok. He wasn't talking like a professional CSR but he was
nice enough.
I took mini 38 which stopped right at laguna. not many people in line. I
didn't bring photoes. The lady took a picture for me. She was nice and
careful when taking pictures. She took a much better quality picture than
any of my other pictured ids such as DL.
Comparing this experience with my earlier experience at SF consulate, I'd
say it was improved a lot. It was better than DMV, definitely better than
SSA, INS. |
