平时都是我在 search 房子。他就和我看了5 次房子。
不知道现在 Agent cash back 行情。我应该怎么和他谈？

In your case, it is a little bit low. Not terribly off chart though. It is
fair to pay a realtor 7k to 9k to get the deal done in bay area, imho.

看了5次不少了。我认识的AGENT也一般要7K MINIMUN. 你的REBATE不算少了。

这是我从网上找的，很多REALTOR说他们的坏话，不过这里面提到他们的TOUR不是
UNLIMITED FREE的，好像REDFIN的AGENT也自己承认了。所以基本上只能找他们写OFFER
。 大家给证实一下。反正我就没找他们。
tonyxu club里的tonyxu和sevens不是也都给一半，而且口碑不错。

you get pre-qualified. |
