Overall experience was Okay.
Most communications are done through email/fax, some through phone
calls.
It's a good choice if you do most of research by yourself and you are
quite knowledgeable about the process and market.
But if you know nothing about house and the market at all, redfin
probably isn't a good choice.
Wrong.
they do tour the houses with you. you can schedule tours online.
per my experience, the response time is a couple of hours if

(they keep at least $5000, but it's hardly a problem in bay area.)
