following, assuming all the necessary
conditions are met.
For filing (37 CFR 1.16):
$82 for e-filing + $270 search fee + $110 examination fee
For maintenance (37 CFR 1.20):
$490 @ 3.5 yrs + $1240 @ 7.5 yrs + $2055 @ 11.5 yrs
