想去上个庭, 单子上说

schedule a court appearance by mail. If your appearance is mandatory, you

and you are not eligible for a Trial by Declaration.
下面两个框:
(a) ARRAIGNMENT - Appearance to hear your charges, advisement for rights and
entry of plea
(b) COURT TRIAL - Contest the citation
我不太懂, 如果我要求request court appearance, 我是要先交270给他们, 如果不交
钱, 我就要去一次Clerk Office是吗? 那下面两个选项是什么意思呢? 还有,
appearance date是他们给安排是吗?

arrangment就是去法庭一趟，你可以直接说guilty,往年都给减100刀，这两年不一定了。
认错之后还可以去traffic school，如果你过去18个越没有去过的话。
你也可以去了然后不认错，说not guilty他们就会给你安排个时间出庭盒警察对质。
not guilty你就不可以再选traffic school了，盒警察对质的时候输了就要机电了。

1.直接寄钱认罚，可以选上traffic school不涨点
2.选arraignment上庭(2.a寄信，随信付$270 bail. 2.b面谈，不用付钱)。出庭的时
候可以plea guilty交钱(或者bail充罚款)或者plea non-guilty。plea non-guilty的
话，法官心情好就免了罚款，心情不好就二次上庭trial。
3.选trial上庭，跟警察对质。如果警察不出现，一般就是non-guilty了。如果出现，
就看你会不会说了。 |

will not show up and your case will be dismissed.Even if the cop show up and
you get guilty,you still can ask for traffic school if you do not attend
traffic school in last 18 monthes. |
