I feel the rate will go lower and lower as people dump usd. Should lock it a
little bit later, at least 2 weeks later. |

发帖数: 165 | 9 My experience is, talking to bank is better than the agent. Agent has too
much hidden fee shown in your GFE. Also you can refinance any time you want without penalty. I was told that if you go with the agent, normally the agent has contract with the lender, you'll have to stay with the lender for 4-6 months to let the agent to receive the commision from the lender. Bank doesn't have such kind of restriction. |

Rate seems good to me.

Mine is a primary residence purchase loan, loan amount is under 417k.
If you go to WFC, ask for its promotion plan. I don't know how much you get
for refinance, it doesn't hurt if you go to check any of its branch. |
