fluctuation history and publish it.That is impressive. I think you should be
able to survive even she does betray you, because you apparently can be
distracted by even the least meaningful thing of life! |

It is better to check with doctor to ensure everything is fine physically.

I lost 25lb in 4 weeks before, it came back slowly.
This time I will make sure my weight below 160lb from today!

Now run 3 mile with 160lb body is easy and fun! |
