w******3 发帖数: 30	1 I have a question about H1B, hope somebody can help me: I am working for A company with H1B and then being laid off and then transfer to a student visa. If I find a job later, Can I re-apply for H1B or I have to leave U.S. for one year and then re-apply? Thanks
