already gave the current apartment 30 days notice to move out this weekend,
actually we postponed a week already and the apartment has sent us a notice
we can not postpone again.
now the fun part comes, what happens my house still not getting closed, and
I can not move out this weekend? apt manager said they already rent the apt
out, they can not do anything.
what does the law say about this? |

如果你moveout notice是签字的，他们可以evict你。虽然需要时间，但你的credit就
坏了。他们已经租出去了，看来你只能搬走。

contigency, which we thought it is enough.
sigh, where can I move to? lots of bags plus beds.

what is COE? agent said the loan doc is ordered today, waiting for final
approval, they said should be in 48 hours, then we sign and funding ...
not sure that can happen on Friday ...

seller if you can move in early, or store things in his/her garage.
赖着不搬走有点伤RP, even if you don't care about eviction/bad rental history
. 可能有跟你一样需要搬家的人要搬进来啊。
there are short term studios to stay. You can move your furniture to
storage first?
