发帖数: 1879 | 4 generally speaking, if you are qualified you can obtain a loan. Almost all
of my clients have great credit and income, and there is no problem to find
excellent rates for them at all. But it is very hard to trick lenders now.
And in certain sense it is harder.
Of course you need to refinance since most mortgage has a "due on sale"
clause, except you want to add your husband/wife into the title. And you
also need to do a quit claim deed to transfer part of your interest to the
added person. |
