According to FTB, as of 05/04/10, Estimated Total First-Time Buyer
Applications Received is 427 and 57% of Estimated Requested Credit is $ 2
,350,708. So it's only average $600k per day, which means $100M cap can
sustain nearly a half year. Even if the application speed doubles, it can
still sustain 3 months.

So 2,350,708 divide by 2 is more than 1.1M.
Also, even though the escrow closed on May 3, one may not be able to get all
documents at the same day.
So the 2.3M is like 1 day data only.
