认为现在账面上多交的税是不够给几千万人看病的，所以一定有隐性多交税，或通胀云云
问题是，你以为现在那几千万人就不看病么？人家一样看病，一样靠纳税人买单或者是
你多交保险买单，大家怎么就没明白这个呢 |

还有认为UHC不好的人士，不知对天朝的医疗产业化如何看？
是不是鼓掌叫好，天朝的医疗制度绝对不养穷人啊！没钱就直接从医院扔出去了。

不过美国的医疗费用太高，完全没有道理。。。。。。

It is government regulations that drive the medical charge high. They do
not fix that problem but turn around force one group to pay for another.
How could you accept that kinda settlement?

The high cost is because consumers are not cost conscious.
Simple economics rule.
Did you ever compare prices between two doctors?
Do doctors ever post the prices for each item charged in the clinic?
The single payer system popular in West Europe and East Asia has been proved to be effective for cost control. Of course, consumers can not have both ways, enjoying the freedom to receive as much care as they wish while keeping the medical costs down. |

There are several regulations driving up the cost. Drug companies have
to go through all the hurdles to produce a marketable pill and they will
price the expense in the pill and you the consumers will have to pay.
Those vulture lawyers are ready to scoop huge profits from medical
dispute cases, which the doctors price it in onto consumers.
And there are more, lots more. Government doesn't attack these factors.
They only force the tax payers to swallow it all.

If there is a single payer. It can negotiate prices with drug companies and
doctors.
When drug companies sell the some medicine in Canada, they charge less. Why?
Because Canada's UHC has the bargaining power.
If the system limits the payment to doctors, doctors have got to figure out
a way to deal with malpractice lawsuits.
Fighting the tort system is doomed to be a lost cause. Consumers have been
kept greedy. Everyone thinks it is |

我还是要说一遍,这个国家把更多的资源用在懒人头上,而不是穷人,搞的穷人都想变成
