deposit, offer is only valid for a short time. We can transfer the lease
agreement as both furnished and unfurnished!
We are looking for someone to take over the lease for fully furnished 1BR/
1BA apartment PLUS selling the whole furniture. Everything is like new, we'd
make a very good price. Reason is relocation for a job into Bay area.
The apartment is in Domain apartment complex in Kearny Mesa, lived here for
a year, very quiet, newer building. The apartment is 2nd floor, dark wood,
stainless steel appliances, W/D in unit, balcony with beautiful view into
gated courtyard with trees. Complex has large heated pool, spa, BBQ,
fireplace, outdoor TV, clubroom etc, only very short way from apartment. Ca.
30 minutes commute to La Jolla (Qualcomm, Illumina etc).
Furniture is dark wood/brown colors, leather, steel, glass. Pictures upon
request. Rent is a bit over 1800 per month including all expenses. 786 sq
feet. The desk with the PC will go with us and not be sold though!
The lease was just recently renewed for a year as we didn't know the
transfer would be so fast. Will very much miss living here, but we can't
take the building with us ... ;)
We are looking to leave by end of January. |
