源， 但是租金却是猛升。
然后看到streeteasy的周围的几栋楼的rental history,感觉会降呀，可是为什么根我
的感觉不同。
简单的说，今年NYC的condo会降吗？适合买1BR/studio吗？ |

还是买的房子舒服点（大楼物业管理等）。 问题是我们只能承受1br的condo， 2br不
敢想象，都要1.3m以上了。 儿子现在和我一起睡，过2年就不可能了吧？ 这样的看是
不是1br不合适呢？
我们在queens 有个2br，但上学要1个多小时的地铁，跨区没校车，接送对于家长孩子
都是很大的折磨。
我考虑如果孩子大了，3年级左右，我们是不是就要必须搬到2br。 如果这样，现在就
