Job description:
1. AP
Handling Oversea and domestic wire transfer.
Create the Wire transfer template and co-ordinate with manager in order to
maintain accurate Vendor information.
2. Monthly closing –Related parties
Help accounting manager to exam all related parties accounts during the
Monthly closing; Work with other staff to prepare month financial statement.
Communication with outside CPA and answer CPA questions on the financial
reports.
Qualification:
1. Associate degree in accounting or related majors is required.
Intermediate level EXCEL;
2. Can holding multiple jobs at same time, and can finish the projects
within deadline;
3.Excellent interpersonal skill which can handle and survive under high
pressure in diversity culture office environment;
4.Solid communication skill for both verbal and business writing; MUST
SPEAK Mandarin; Conversation level Spanish is preferred.
5. Able to working in US without sponsorship;
Compensation:
1. Salary base: $12/hr.
2. Benefit: Will be provided after transfer to permanent position.

Title: General Ledge Accountant: (temporary to permanent position)
Job Location: San Diego ,CA
Job description:
Cost Accounting
Coordinate efforts associated with monthly cycle count and periodic physical
inventories. Responsible for monitoring, reviewing and closing
manufacturing work orders. Assist with Product Costing Activities. Support
the monthly close process including accruals, spending allocations, and
investigation of any manufacturing variances. Provide detailed analysis on
manufacturing variances to standard, including those related to purchase
price, production, cycle count, scrap, inventory revaluations and absorption
Monthly ending
Help accounting manager to exam all accounts during the Monthly closing;
make the necessary depreciation, amortization and accrued Journal to
compliance with GAAP.
Auditing & Tax:
Assisting controller for the Quarterly Auditing schedule preparation,
communicate with internal departments and external CPA firm for any related
area. Assisting and follow up with Quarterly estimation tax calculation,
communication with CPA and tax commission. Quarterly tax payment, MISC local
tax (Sale Tax, VAT tax, KY county occupation tax, TN occupation tax),
Property tax, privilege tax, Year ending 1099 /1096 preparation.
MISC:
New software installation and implementation
Able to re-write the new SOP for Cost accounting and other related area
procedure manual.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree in accounting or related majors is required. Excellent
computer skill, advance level EXCEL;
2. At least Two years working experience in the similar industry;
3.Excellent interpersonal skill which can handle and survive under high
pressure in diversity culture office environment;
4.Solid communication skill for both verbal and business writing; MUST
SPEAK Mandarin;
5.ERP software experience and ADP software knowledge is welcome but not
required.
6. Able to working in US without sponsorship;
Compensation:
1. Salary base: $47k/yr.
2. Benefit: Will be provided after transfer to permanent position.
