周末外出打球和做其他运动。对饮食无特殊要求，中西式均可。
关于寄宿家庭：容易沟通，提供用餐（至少晚餐）；如不居住在Carmel Valley 附近，

Hi,
I am looking for a homestay family for a tenth grader to help him going to
Torry Pine High School. He grown up in US. He is polite, neat and very easy
to get along with. His lifestyle is more like the Westerners: having lunch
at school, simply having meals at home himself on school days and playing
tennis on the weekends. His family understand the rules for a tenant and
respect the landlord's living habits. His parents will pay the rent on the
1st day of every month.
Hope your family is the right one for him: easy to communicate with, could
let him have 1b/1b to live in, or shared bathroom if your son is about
similar age, also provide dinner and pick-up service if your house is far
from Carmel Valley area.
He prefers to start from this October and willing to pay about USD800-1100
