night.
The robber went in the Quiznos on Carmel Mountain Road near Rancho Carmel
Drive just before 8 p.m. and demanded money from a clerk, San Diego police

mountain view开车两个小时过去一日游非常惬意。镇上有很多非常精致有情调的私家
小旅店，所以过去住两天也不错。
超级喜欢Carmel，绝对是“慵懒求清静浴日光看蓝天吹柔风吃吃喝喝逛逛三五好友聚会
” 的理想地啊！
整个小镇都是dog friendly，街上超多狗狗的，所有饭店商店狗狗都可以随意出入哦～
团团是个小花痴哈哈
遇到高富帅狗狗，那时候团团还是很小只呢。。。
要不要这么有气场啊，父子俩步调如此一致。。。
最喜欢这个水碗了！开始还以为是橘子汁，后来发现里层是桔黄色的。。。这个狗狗雕
塑好像是里面的设计师自己的作品，还有许多类似的，非常别致。
我们在路边的小餐厅吃了饭。有爱的是，侍者给我们三个端来水的同时，居然给团团也
端上了一盆，还对他说"enjoy"。

之前最喜欢的小镇是Solvang，Solvang太远，那就去Carmel吧。强烈推荐狗爸狗妈带宝

家房子）就拍板买了carmel 的 west village of west clay 的新房，就是那种选
floor plan，然后开工建的期房。我认为是超budget了，LG 不以为然，我接受的原因
也是因为小区出门就是两个小学，一个中学（within 0.2mile），外加community最大
的足球场。房型so so,朝向不错（找好朝向不容易啊），lot不大，但是后院挨着一块

pool, play ground 什么的，所以HOA 也很贵。
现在七七八八的upgrade 加得我心里直打鼓， 看样子是铁定要超了（感觉开发商的
upgrade 东西质量一般，价钱很坑爹。。。）。但是又不敢少加，我们这地方resale很
slow，怕到时候不好卖。我们已经交了定金，我知道是不能反悔了，说什么也都晚了。
。。可是心里还是有点疑问请教一下了解情况的TX。

turn right on 116, after 1 mile or 2 it is on right hand side
right now taichi club is renting a room in carmel high school, it is on
sunday as well, starting around 1pm I believe

我们要在carmel，in 买房子，选学校是个很大的因素
上网找了一下只有一个blue ribbon 的，但是附近有很多10分的小学
那个blue ribbon的学校和其他小学差距大么？
如果孩子必须进那个学校，那选择房子的余地就很小了。
另外不想让孩子去一个中国孩子比例太低的或者黑人比例太高的学校，不知道有哪些学
校要躲开的么？ |
