We are looking for a part time Sales Person for a Chinese Travel Agency. No
experience required, but it would be a plus if you had experience in travel
department, airline, cruise line, hotel, car rental, railroad, Bus Company,
tour operator or other travel related Business.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Booking airline tickets in our Sabre system
• Diligently process the paperwork required to travel abroad.
• Adhere to travel guidelines.
• Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure top-notch customer
service is provided to our clients.
• Help clients to do China Visa Application paper work
• Coordinates with various hotels to secure lodging for clients.
• Answering phones
• Introducing all kinds of tours to clients
Knowledge and Skills Required:
• Must be professional in verbal and written communication
• Must be Fluent in English and Chinese， if know Taiwanese or
Cantonese is a plus)
• Travel industry experience a plus
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and programs (i.e. Microsoft
Word and Excel)
