Due to the job change to another city, I need find new tenants for this

with their own full bathroom (floor flan attached). Current rent is $1575
per month.
Available from May 1st, but you can move in several days earlier without
extra cost.
The market rent for this apt is $1910/month. I got the discounted price
during winter time, and current lease will end Oct 31, 2012. You can
takeover my lease and keep this low price. I believe you can easily renew it
if you'd like.
