我原来那地方，都是老房子， 六几七几年的房子很正常
SD这里的新房好多阿。 请问各位是不是偏好新房子，比如说看房子也只看90年后的了
，3，40年旧的房子根本就不看了？
我比较喜欢一层的ranch结构，新房的high ceiling让我觉得客厅太空荡荡的，有种冬
天开了暖气客厅也不会太暖和的感觉。
但是又担心一层的老ranch以后不好卖。毕竟新房子那么多，老房子也许不受代见？ |

and I like 1-floor ranch floor plan
it looks traditional, more like western america, haha
besides, if I get about 1800sq from one floor, if I add one more floor above
, I can easily get 3000sq with more rooms and more space :)

doesn't worth it.
just buy a new one with 2 floors if you need more space.
also, 1 floor ranch costs almost same compared to 2 floor with same first
floor size.

another floor is not only a time and energy consuming process, it costs
quite a bit of money. So far I have not seen a home with an added story
that has a good flowing layout.

you won't feel "cold and empty" with high ceiling.

但是最后还是因为两层的面积大很多（主要是客厅可以很大）， 所以就买了两层的。

居很近。
我曾经看过一个老房子，一层的，特别unique,2500Sqf,但是前后院子贼大，从一个山
坡上开下来，下面的地全是他们家的。
可惜，最终还是媚俗的买了两层的。楼上楼下，电灯电话，打小的梦想。 |

新房和老房比，好像新房的采光和节能功能都好些，但是老房的院子特别大，舒服。普
遍是这样吗？ |
