Submitting your application for Canadians living abroad with
• a proof of Canadian citizenship,
• supplementary identification,
• the photos signed by the guarantor,
• the required fees, and
• any valid travel document, if applicable.
Submit your application form at the nearest passport issuing office (
Consulates of Canada) in the country
where you are residing or are visiting.
You should submit your application in person
2. Tax
you will be taxed by Canada federal, US federal and California State. File
non-resident citizens in Canada.
3. 中国签证
去中国大使馆签证. 除加拿大护照,带美国居留文件(驾照, TN签证 etc)

会直接联网查找。 所以如果记录有错的话， 要通过加拿大的部门（DMV?)更正。 |

Canadians who meet the following eligibility criteria are now able to
benefit from this process:
* At the time they applied for their previous passport, they must have
been at least 16 years of age.
* Their most recent passport:
o Must have been valid for five years;
o Must have been issued in Canada (as indicated under "Issuing
Authority" on page 2 of the submitted passport);
o Must have been issued within the last six years;
o Must be a regular passport;
o Must not be damaged and must never have been reported as lost or
stolen; and
o Must have been issued under their current name.
加拿大护照网站上有详尽说明 http://www.ppt.gc.ca/index.aspx?lang=eng
麻烦的一点是护照相片反面要有照相馆的地址，日期等。
汽车保险不用担心，这里比加拿大便宜多了。或许是LIABILITY低吧，最低的竟然只有2
.5万！这有个球用啊。安省似乎是强制100万吧，BC也不会低到哪去。
personal tax， 如果你已经没有加拿大任何tie了，第一次报加拿大税的时候填上
departure date，然后把你的global income 和 global tax prorate到那个日期填到
税表里就行了。以后就不用再报加拿大的税了。
中国签证，trust me, this is much easier than the US VISA.交几张照片填个表，
一周就可以拿到了。
信用记录没办法，从头开始。如果你有American Express可能会有点帮助。你先去这边的银行办一个secure的信用卡，500刀押金，500刀信用额，几十刀年费，过个半年后再试着申请其他的信用卡。

的是要找个由加拿大护照的人来签字（且家人不成）邮寄回加拿大本土处理。不知到时
候可否请兄台帮忙签个字？

未成年人需要加拿大公民签字，家人也行，所以父母如果是加拿大公民，可以给子女签
字。
