1. no famous and busy agents - you want someone who can spend time with you
2. agent who are willing to share his/her commission with you, no matter how
good he/she is
3. ask your friends/coworkers for recommendations
4. try out several agents, choose the ones that you are comfortable to work
with
5. most importantly, do your own homework

round to work with Nelson. He's more like making friends when doing business
with you. He will help you on almost all the issues you will have... some t
imes you can even borrow money from him to pay the downpay, hehe. I am not k
idding.
I hate my new laptop. I can't install wubi on it and I was ready to write a
long story between him and my family on our recent purchase.

1) A not-so-famous agent is the best choice for a home buyer.
2) Clients rush to sign with this not-so-famous agent as their realtor of
choice.
3) The said not-so-famous realtor becomes so successful and so FAMOUS.
4) Suddenly no more clients since the clients want a NOT-so-famous agent.
5) To be famouse or not, that's the question a realtor should ask him- or
