发帖数: 2634 | 8 I live in northern CA. I wear just running shorts and one thin running T-
shirt, sometimes sleeveless or singlet depending on the weather, even during
the Christmas season when it was very cold a while ago. It feels very cold
at the very beginning of running, but after several miles, I start to sweat.
I have compression base layers used when I was living in the mid-west. But
never needed them in northern CA.When I did cross-country ski in the
freezing cold weather, like most people, just a base layer and thin xc-ski
jacket/pans for most of the days. xc-ski is an endurance sport very similar
to distance running, but uses upper body as well.

发帖数: 67 | 9 的确。所以要到店里试。也不是都大，UA 的 fitted 1/4 zip就挺合身的，flyweight
running pants也是长短正好，很多老美review说太短了， 哈哈哈。

发帖数: 4674 | 10 还好啊，用了GC，相当于两件打折的nike吧，不过nike没那么合身的
under armor这种牌子型都很差，不适合我的体型，我比较瘦
