Common Symptoms
Gradual onset that typically begins with fasciculations- small muscle
contractions (“twitches”) that are just barely visible under the skin
Usually begins in the more highly active muscle groups like the hamstrings
and quadriceps
Cramping often spreads or jumps around and is usually bilateral
Cramping is intermittent (vs. constant)
我的确出汗出盐也比普通人多很多,天越热我越抽得厉害,上次CIM天冷就没事...

好像很危险啊。我记得是失水超过体重2%就在危险zone了

不过我现在出盐出得比以前少多了,以前赛完全身都是白花花的盐..
2%没啥,好像5-7%才到危险区..
