发帖数: 22800 | 10 不牛，我是新人。总认为时间要挤总是有的。。老婆孩子睡了之后去跑，或者她们没起
来之前去跑，或者午饭时间去跑，有1个小时的空闲也可以跑。我减肥的时候，都是晚
上12点左右开始跑，跑到2，3点洗澡睡觉，8点起上班。如果你真有动力，这点时间上
的安排是不能阻止你的。

不过半夜（11PM后）跑只能去gym上跑吧，treadmill上两小时太无聊了
中午我也跑过，可以跑一小时，不过要洗澡，然后吃饭，再cool down，也挺不爽的，
可能时间长了老板也有意见
早上跑倒是可以考虑，就怕自己有时懒了起不来，要知道我是个睡神~~

没戏了。4岁的小娃，已经在纠正我的一些单词的读音了。我逼我女儿背唐诗三百首，

估计以后无论父母如何希望，写中文估计没戏，能听能说点就很不错了。

though. It's not my favorite country. I do know a Chinese guy who grew up in
Japan and UK and speaks perfect Chinese, English, and Japanese. It's easy
to be multilingual in the right environment.
