actually, shorter than 15 miles =P). It also has gel bottles, and pocket for
keys, mobile, cash etc. I find it comfortable to use and this can set my
hands free.

我一般用下面这种gel，和gu比相对较稀，但是口味好些，而且吃得时候不用喝水。两
个gel bottle可以放四个这种gel。如果放gu gel的话可以放很多。

发帖数: 5141 | 8 Mine is an older version as the one shown in the photo. Something like this,
which comes with two gel flask. Each flask is 140ml which should be able to
carry about 5-6 GU gel.

For half marathon, it depends on your nutrition plan and training. I did not
carry my hydration pack at all (I was debating whether to take it or not
for a week...), but instead just put one gel in my pocket and used the water
from aid station.
I normally use this belt for my training run over 8miles and guess it should
do for anything up to 20 miles for me (I am super slow...).
Each gel bottle is 140ml,
