Clemens mentioned his best time is about 2:30 and he's in his 70s and did 1:
50 for hm last year.
Jim Isenberg ran in the first (maybe 2nd) nyc marathon and did it around 2:
50. he worn out his joints completely but started to run again recently with
plastic joints...
Lawson (yau's official adviser) is an enthusiastic runner and his wife still
holds the world record for women older than 60.
