Usually I leave for the bus 60 minutes ahead of time.
But today only has 43-45 minutes.
Was forced to run as fast as I can. Many time I wanted to
give up and wait for the next bus 30 minutes later, but
somehow managed to keep the 8:03 pace all the way to the bus
stop, 30 seconds before the bus arrive. :) |

group 8-mile race.
After CIM, I gain 10 lbs :(
And also recovering from the heart overuse during CIM.

4mile长，我想跑很久了，就是不知道怎么处理20+磅的背包。

badge, cash, cell phone, water, energy bar.

longer time.

work home). carry only clean clothes, keys, credit cards in the backpack.

my home is only 2.5 miles away from my office. I take a big detour and try
to run at least 7-8 miles each way,
mostly on trails in fact. I have not been doing this very regularly until
now. I'll see if I can handle it, which, if
successful, would allow me to jack my mileage up to 90-100 per week while
saving a lot of time.
