I think this is my best B2B time ever.
Took Bart with Shoma to the city. Arrived at Embarcadero at 6:30am. The
Corral A entry was just a block away from the Bart station exit. The start
was better organized than before. Enough porta john for use before entering
into the corral. We met with other Bad_Unkowns gangs after moving to the
Corral A.
Felt like the hill workout paid off on the Hayes hill, no walking this time.
I wanted to use the race to prep for the Ragnar Wasatch Back relay in June.
More hill training!
At the finish, met with gmailuser1. we decided to walk back along the race
course to watch the parade. Funny costumes and party atmosphere were
abundant along the course. What an exciting event! There were police to
enforce no alcohol and float this year. We met police and clean up crews
after passing the Hayes hill around 11:00am. Looked like the race organizer
was really serious to bring this race back to a real running race again.
