小孩10岁,如果每天跑1500米,我不大肯定是不是1500, 就是中学操场4圈, 不是赛跑,
就是锻炼身体的跑, 对这么大的孩子的身体发育 有问题吗?

我们这边有那种youth running club 很小的孩子我都看见过
反正我是知道上次10K race是有10岁的小孩的。。。虽然跑的不是非常快,但是已经比
很多成人要快了

如果小孩自己愿意跑,让他跑着玩吧。如果没这个兴趣,不要逼孩子跑。

If he likes it and there is no sign of fatigue or lose of appetite, I guess
that's not a problem. I would like to run with my kid someday.

我初中高中每周跑5次5K, 唯一的问题就是我比其他同学瘦一些
我一个好朋友,女的,从小学就每天跑5K+,现在1.75,发育应该没什么问题

有个美国同事, 她12岁的男孩去年跑了一个半马和一个全马(大约4小时30分).
她自己也比较concern小孩跑太多. 今年, 她带孩子去做了体检, 特别检查了骨头的发
育, 医生说没有发现任何的问题, 就像3楼说的, 只要有兴趣就可以了.
俺家10岁的, 这个月要参加一个5K race. 这几个月时不时去跑一, 两个迈. 觉得挺好,
好过天天在家玩WII

个人感觉如果有教练, 在教正确的姿势, 呼吸, 拉伸
warm up cool down, 如何防止受伤等重要环节 就好了
不然还是参加个跑步俱乐部啥的。。。
关键有些我们成年人觉得是common sense的小孩子不一定明白, 从小养成正确的
习惯也比较好

1500米绝对没问题, 应该还帮助发育, 注意保证营养就好了。。
这边7/8岁跑5000米比赛的都不少。。

I think it is too much for kids to learn and it may freak them out.
If a child likes to run, then encourge him/her to run. Unless he/she is
freaking fast and has the gene, I do not think you need to teach them so
many stuffs.
They recover increditably fast.

injury(if not occur now but in the distance future if the kids
run in a bad form )
recover fast doesn't mean won't get injured

兴趣是第一, 有兴趣也需要正确引导, 没兴趣就啥都不用说了
就像我打游戏, 有兴趣, 但是傻打, 网战老是被虐, 然后看youtube找了点敲门
就开始虐别人了

Personally I do not think a kid will solely get injuried from "distance"
running because usually they do not run that long consistently. Yes, a kid
may bruise his/her ankle during the run (I rather like to call it play). But
that is different than what we are talking about here.
The question is how many kids will naturally like distance running and will
like training other than playing.
I seriously doubt how many kids will do it unless their parents ask them to.
And I doubt this too, "if he or she likes to run, the kid won't mind to
learn new things."
At least for myself, I would not mind to run with my kids. But I would not
bother to get a coach for my kids when they are young, e.g. <=10, unless
they have exceptionally good talent in running.
