whether runners are with or against traffic!
due to heavy snow fall early this week, i have to run on the road today
instead of trails in a park. i switched sides several times because i
don't want to stress my legs unevenly. i noticed that when i was against
traffic most cars slowed down for me, but when i was with traffic, most
cars did not even slow down.
of a new local law that car should slow down to 15 mph when passing a
