Very hungry halfway through the run, felt like I've dug into my fat reserve.
Left AT sore in the last three miles -- it was similar to the inflammation
to my right AT last week but not as severe. I suppose that injury wasn't an
accident after all. Now watching my AT closely. banana, dark bread, canned
