with no expectations at all. Ended up with 11.3 miles. Other than that my
right calf is a bit sore, no discomfort in AT for the first 10 miles. AT
tightened in the last mile but wasn't as bad as yesterday. Splits are 8:21,
8:04, 7:49, 7:45, 7:44, 7:45, 7:34, 7:34, 7:27, 7:28, 7:21, very comfortable
cruising run. Stretched calfs afterwards. No pain during calf raise or

'd call easy run and recovery runs.
Easy runs are okay to push -- if you insert a mile at tempo pace, or do a
little fartlek with sprints, no problem.
But recovery runs must strictly be done at the most comfortable and easiest
pace. Even if you are passed by an old lady or a fat guy on a recovery run, let him/her go.:)

quite fast when you feel good. i seldom go to tempo pace though, unless it's
downhill.:)

stairs. The only way I know the injury
is not completely gone is that there is some slight pain upon palpation, so
I'm still observing it. But if I don't
press with my fingers, I wouldn't notice any injury at all.
