看你的描述好像跟老狼以前说的臀部问题有点象,看他怎么跟你解。
这个半马坡度很大,非常难跑。

Piriformis Syndrome usually you can feel the butt pain even when you are
driving or sitting.
Sit on your chair, extend the leg that you feel the pain, and put that leg
on another chair, bend over to try to touch your feet, then if you feel most

大腿后面最疼,不过我柔韧性超级超级差。好像腿没事的时候也是这样,影响诊断
