while wearing stability shoes. On
the other hand, mizuno does make other types of shoes, such wave creation
and wave rider. So you can't
accuse mizuno of screwing up your knees -- after all, you did have the
option to get neutral mizuno shoes.
But most importantly of all, you gotta work on your running form, and avoid
pounding with your heels.

伤，后来右膝盖也不舒服了，我就猜是鞋子的问题了
我的running pattern还行, Physical Therapist给我检查过，说没问题。
