所以说喜欢跑步的人，跑多跑少，都是会上路的。 完全不跑，就不是这类的了

mile run this morning. Then when I came home from work after 6:30pm, I took
my daughter out for a 3.6 mile run in her stroller. While she came back home
to eat dinner with her mother, I went out for another 4.9 mile run on the
trail. That makes 15.3 miles, on a regular Tuesday.

其实俺一直在想， 家里有小孩子的为啥不在家里放个跑步机呢， 随时都能跑啊。。。

with a stroller is an excellent workout. It's similar to running up a gentle
incline.

your experience, I have to say you need to give your wife a lot of credit,
also, to respect that each individual/situation is different.
What if your baby wakes up three times during night, and your wife would
like to have you taking the 5:00am or 6:00am turn?
What if your wife has to work and cannot get home before 7:30pm, you have to
take care of your daughter AND the cooking?
What if your wife would prefer to have family

I dont care who defines me as a runner or not, I define myself, as an adult...
just as the QOD says, I run for myself, not for showing off...

doesn't work, and she takes care of
our daughter full time. Of course, for those couples who both work and have
a busy career, they would have
to hire a nanny at some point. My wife prefers to spend time with our
daughter instead of getting a job.
Normally I wake up several times a night because of my daughter and I
usually take my daughter out to play
late in the afternoon - my wife takes care of the rest.:)

一时一时的冲动， 或者push too hard 反而容易导致受伤。。。
