See one article in the local inside running newspaper. A few days ago, there
was a discussion about the stretch
on the board.
Some highlight is below:
The science of stretching
1. Pre-performance static stretching odes not prevent injury.
2. Pre-performance static stretching decreases performance.
3. Pre-performance passive stretching gives temporary analgesia which may

其实慢慢跑一下热身最好了, 说肌肉冷的时候stretch并不好, 跑完stretch比较好。。

hmm, 忘记在精华区哪里看到过, 厚脸皮给你来个abstract, 大意就是运动前应该
dynamic stretch, 抬高腿之类的。static stretch在跑前是cold stretch, 不好。我
跑前从不stretch,以慢跑充数。运动后应该static stretch, 保持一个20-30秒钟,换
姿势或stretch further.
