2. Run slow pace 2 mi on Saturday morning.
3. Eat plenty carbohydrate (rice or pasta) for Saturday dinner.
Try to avoid greasy or high fiber food, and dairy products.
4. Prepare gears the night before bed. Don't forget two band-aids
to protect from nipple chafing.
5. Energy bar or a banana at least an hour before the race.
6. Try to get bowl movement before heading out or race starts.
7. Keep your legs warm before race starts
8. Hydrate and refuel during the run. |

before the race. Do not drink any more water within one hour before the
start of the race. Arrive at the race start at least one hour before the
race. Go to the bathroom at least 30 minutes before the start.
Hold back for the first 2 miles, ran your heart out for the last 5K. Have
fun!

early for a race.
Still I have a question: why not to drink any water within one hour before
the race? I usually drink water 30 mins before a race and go to bathroom
right before the race.
